What is it?
The PII Redaction Report allows you to have a summary of every occurrence found and redacted linked to PII (Personal Identifiable Information) items in a unique place.
Accessing the Report
- From the Documents page, expand the Reports menu and click ‘PII Redaction Report’.

Report Overview
- Before accessing the results, choose whether you need to filter your view or not by selecting a folder or a document, or leaving the field empty, then click ‘Generate’.

- All your redacted documents will be listed here. Redacted PII items will be detailed in additional columns (vs manually/listed redacted words) and can be directly accessed from here by clicking the page number.

Exporting the Report
- Click the ‘Export Excel’ button once you've generated your list of items.
