Whether you are a Deal Manager or a lower-level user, you may want to request a new room from the Home page. You can do so by following these steps:
- Access the platform by navigating to the login page and entering your credentials (username, password, 2FA) to log in.
- Click on the “Create A New Dataroom” Icon.

- Fill in the required information for setting up the dataroom:
- Start date (if you know it)
- Smart Toolkit: indicate in which Smart feature(s) you’re interested in to have it(these) enabled in your room
- Check your phone number (from your profile)
- Share with us any additional information you may think relevant, such as a name for the new data room, the estimated size and hosting duration, users to be added (provide their email addresses), some settings and permissions, etc.

Once all entered, click “Request”. Your Sales and Service representatives will be in touch to finalize the details and create the room for you.
