    Exporting an Index Report

    • To download an Excel report of the structure (list of all files and folders), go to the ‘Documents’ tab and right-click on a folder, then click the related option. You can either action from the ‘Root’ folder to export the entire structure or from any folder to narrow it down.

     

     

    • Confirm the report content options

     

    • Active/Deleted/Both (Deal Managers only): choose whether you want to see the deleted items included in your report (default no)
    • File types (all users): specifies the files formats in a dedicated column
    • View status (Deal Managers only): display if you have already viewed the document or not
    • Document status (Deal Managers only): specifies whether the document is completed, being processed, or in error

     

    • The export generation will start and its status can be followed from the Download list.

     

    • Check the download list and download the Excel file once ready.
