    Managing Notification Frequency

    What are the email notifications for?

     

    Document Notifications

    These notifications inform you about the newly released documents in the rooms you've been granted access to. These are available for all roles and users, set to “Immediate” by default.

     

    Q&A Notifications

    The notifications inform you about the latest actions in the Q&A platform (new questions, answers, comments…). You will receive the related notification emails depending on your role (Deal Manager, Bidder…).

     

    Choose your rooms

    For these Q&A notifications, you can also choose which rooms you would like to include or exclude from being notified, by clicking the cross to exclude the room or clicking in the list to add rooms to it.

     

     

    Document Upload Notification

    The notifications inform you about the documents that have been uploaded to the room. These are only for Deal Managers and can be useful when multiple uploaders are populating the room.

     

    This feature needs to be activated

    Get in touch with your Customer Service representative to have that functionality enabled in your room (included in all plans).

     

     

     

    Managing notifications

     

    To effectively manage how often you receive notifications, follow these simple steps:

    • Log into the platform
    • Click on the "My Profile" icon
    • Select “System Notifications”
    • Choose your desired frequency
      • Immediate: receive an email immediatly after the event
      • Daily: receive a recapitulative email once a day, choose your preferred time
      • Weekly: receive a recaputilative email once a week, choose your preferred day and time
      • Never: you won't receive any email
    • Click on "Save"

    By following these steps, you can easily customize your notification settings to suit your preferences.
