How to Reactivate a User Account Suspended at System Level

Why was the user account suspended?

For security and compliance purposes, the system automatically suspends user accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

The inactivity threshold depends on whether the user has completed their profile registration..

    Inactivity Thresholds

    • Users whose profile registration has been fully completed will have their account automatically suspended after 90 days of inactivity.

    • Users who have not completed their profile registration will have their account automatically suspended after 30 days of inactivity.

This process is performed automatically by the system to maintain security and compliance standards.

    Who can perform this action?

Only Deal Managers with User Management permissions can reactivate a user account suspended at system level.

Please note that not all Deal Managers are granted User Management rights. If you are unable to see or perform the action, please contact the Support Team to verify your permissions.

    • Right-click on the user's name.
    • Select Edit User.
    • Click Save.

The user's account will be reactivated.

    Important Information

If only reinstating the user's access is required and no password reset is needed:

    • Ensure that the "Send user account email notification" option is unticked before clicking Save.

    • This will reactivate the account without triggering a password reset or sending an account notification email to the user.
