You can copy items from one folder to another while keeping the original items in their current location. This is useful when documents or folders need to be available in multiple locations without being moved from the source folder.
Step 1: Copy the Items
- Navigate to the folder containing the item(s) you want to copy.
- Select the checkbox next to the required item(s).
- Right-click on one of the selected items.
- Select Copy from the menu.

Step 2: Paste the Items into the Destination Folder
- Navigate to the destination folder.
- Right-click within the folder.
- Select Paste.

Step 3: Confirm the Copy Settings
After selecting Paste, a Copy Item(s) window will appear.
- Review the items being copied and confirm the destination folder path.

Choose the appropriate permission option:
- Hide the items
- Inherit permissions from the parent folder
- Leave the permissions as they are (if available)
- Select whether Copy existing redaction should be applied (if relevant).
- Click OK to complete the copy process.

The selected items are copied to the destination folder and remain available in the original folder. Any permissions applied to the copied items will be based on the option selected during the copy process.
