Publishing is key
Any change within the Documents area needs to be published to be made available to users. Once your changes are done, please make sure they're published. You can see our Publishing Changes article for guidance.
Moving/Reordering Folders
From the Data Tree left pane
- Click-hold the folder to move, then drag and drop it in between folders (for example, to move folder 03 to index number 02, drag & drop the folder in between the folders index 01 and 02)

- Before validating, check that the new index number is correct (refer to the index listed in the document path in the pop-up screen)
From the Main area (Grid)
- Click on the main folder in the Root. This will display the content of that folder in the main area
- Select the folder by ticking the check box, then click/hold the folder and drag & drop it in between the folders to move it (for example, to move folder 03 to index number 02, drag & drop the folder in between the folder index 01 and 02)

Move/Reordering Documents
- Click on the folder in the Data Tree left pane, this will display the content of the folder in the main area
- Tick the check box(es) to select the document(s) to move, then click/hold and drag & drop the document(s) in between others for the new location (for example, to move document 01.03 to index 01.02, drag & drop the document in between document 01.01 and 01.02)
