Opening Documents
- Click on the document name or index number.

Searching Documents
Running a Search
- Various searches can be performed from the menu bar above the content window.
- Keywords: to search keywords in documents' content
- Titles: to narrow the search to documents' titles
- Paragraph: to search paragraphs within documents (requires Smart Review to be enabled)

- Write down the word(s) you're searching for and click enter (or the magnifying glass for a Smart Search). You can also use the Query Builder while searching for keywords.

- Search results are grouped by hits within the file/folder names, or the document text (OCR).
- Documents can be opened directly from here.
- To return to the main screen or run a new search, click the 'Clear Search' cross.

Filtering Results
- Narrow down your results by using the filters:
- Tags (if any tag has been used on documents)

Dates
- New documents since your last login
- Specific date range

- Or by clicking on the data tree structure on the left to filter by folder.
Exporting Search Results
- Export the list of the results/your view by clicking on the ‘Export View to Excel’ button.

Printing/Downloading Documents
Permissions-related Actions
As a user, you need to have ‘Print’ and/or ‘Download’ permissions settings to perform these actions.
Single Print/Download
- Open the document and directly print or download it from within the Viewer by clicking the related icon.

- [Download rights only] Or right-click or use the three dots on the document to display the contextual menu and download it without opening it.

Batch Download
- Select the required documents or folders, either from the data tree pane or the main grid.
- Right-click or use the three dots to display the contextual menu, and select 'Batch Download'. The platform indicates an estimation of the size of your future download (permissions settings dependent). This will bundle items within a ZIP archive file for easy download.

- The creation of your archive has started and its progression is viewable in the download center.


- Once ready, click on the ‘Download Center’ icon to open it.
- When the archive status is ‘Ready to download’, the ‘Download’ button is made active.
- Click on ‘Download’ and save it on your computer.

- You have downloaded a compressed file (*.ZIP), you will need to uncompress it before accessing the documents.
