Background Uploads

Uploading files no longer requires you to wait for the process to complete before continuing your work.

Continue Working While Uploads Run

Uploads can now continue in the background while you navigate elsewhere in the platform. A dedicated upload tray allows you to monitor progress without interrupting your workflow.

Better Visibility of Upload Progress

The upload tray provides real-time progress information for active uploads and can be expanded, minimized, moved, or dismissed as needed. If the tray is closed during an active upload, progress can still be accessed through a persistent indicator in the navigation bar.

Reduced Risk of Interrupted Uploads

Additional safeguards help prevent accidental interruption of uploads when navigating between pages or working elsewhere in the room.

Room Usage Visibility

Understanding room activity and usage is now easier with the introduction of Data Statistics.

Instant Access to Key Room Metrics

A new Data Statistics panel provides quick access to important room information, including:

• Total uploaded data volume
• Total uploaded pages
• Number of users associated with the room (excluding Deal managers)

This information is available directly within the Documents area, reducing the need for manual reporting or administrative checks.

Expand or Collapse the Entire Data Tree

Users can now expand or collapse the complete document tree with a single action, making navigation within large data rooms faster and more efficient.

Personalized Document Views

Document columns can now be configured according to individual preferences, allowing users to focus on the information most relevant to their work. Column selections are remembered within each room.

Pinned Key Columns

Important document identifiers remain visible while scrolling horizontally, improving readability when working with large amounts of metadata.

Enhanced Translation Experience

The Translation experience has been redesigned to improve readability and document review workflows.

Preserve Original Document Formatting

Translated documents now retain key formatting elements from the source document, including:

• Headings and sub-headings
• Paragraph structure
• Bulleted and numbered lists
• Tables
• Overall document layout

This makes translated content easier to review and compare with the original document.

Improved Side-by-Side Review

Original and translated content are displayed in a more balanced side-by-side layout, simplifying document comparison and review.

Download Translated Documents

Users can now generate and download translated versions of complete documents directly from the Translation panel.

Seamless Multi-Page Review

The translation panel remains available while navigating through document pages, creating a more continuous and efficient review experience.
