Introduction
This release introduces several improvements designed to simplify collaboration in Q&A workflows and provide greater flexibility when managing archive requests. Users can now share Q&A attachments more easily, benefit from improved attachment management, and enjoy an enhanced archive request experience.
Easier Sharing of Q&A Attachments
Sharing answers that include supporting documents is now more streamlined.
When publishing a Q&A answer, users are informed if attached documents are not accessible to some of the target recipients. Depending on their permissions, they can make the relevant documents available directly during the publishing process, helping ensure recipients can access the information associated with the answer.
This reduces the need to switch between Q&A and document permissions management when sharing information with participants.

Dedicated Management of Q&A Attachments
Q&A attachments are now managed through a dedicated Q&A Attachments area within the data room. Attachments are processed in the same way as other room documents, allowing them to benefit from document services and workflows available across the platform, including document processing and AI-powered capabilities.
Links between Q&A answers and their supporting documents remain available even if documents are moved within the room structure. This provides greater consistency when managing supporting documents throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Enhanced Archive Requests
Several improvements have been introduced to the archive request experience. Users can now:
- Review the number of folders, files, and total size before submitting a request.
- Customize archive contents more easily when preparing archive deliveries.
- Benefit from clearer archive information and delivery guidance throughout the request workflow.

Additional Improvements
This release also includes refinements across document uploads, room creation defaults, Q&A notifications, document publishing workflows, and document management consistency throughout the platform.
