    Alert Matrix Management

    The Alert Matrix allows you to send notifications to users for newly released documents when published. You can set the Alert Matrix to a daily frequency or twice a day. Follow these steps to configure it:

    1. Log into the Dataroom using your Deal Manager access.
    2. Click on the "Settings" tab.
    3. Select "Alert Matrix Settings."

     

     

    Should you need to alert the users once or twice a day (versus immediatly after publishing), check the box labeled “Enable Daily Alert.” Choose the desired frequency: either "Daily" or "Twice a Day.", then select the time according to the desired time zone.

     

    Should you need the alert to override the notifications frequency chosen by the users on their profile, click on "Override User Notification Preferences Settings." This will override any user preferences not to receive notifications.

     

    You can also choose the default behavior of the Alert Matrix when publishing with “Notify all published documents to the relevant users by default”:

    • Users being notified by default everytime you publish (still manageable when publishing): checked.
    • Users not being notified by default everytime you publish (still manageable when publishing): unchecked.

     

    Click on “Save.”
