Hi,
Here is what's new in the Imprima Due Diligence platform since our last update:
- Reports in Smart Redaction
- SharePoint API
- Download Index Report
Smart Redaction
We heard you. In Smart Compliance, it is now possible to run reports on redaction-related actions which took place within the documents. You can access the ‘PII Redaction Report’ via your usual report tab and have at a glance information on documents’ redacted status and items. From there, you can directly access the documents you want to double-check or export the report data in a spreadsheet. Whether company’s or person’s names, email addresses, phone, or social security numbers have been found, you are now able to have a complete overview of all your redacted data in one place!

API - SharePoint link
We already had a SharePoint API to allow the Deal Managers to synchronize their documentation from SharePoint onto their VDR. On popular demand, the settings area for managing the ins and outs of it is now accessible to Deal Managers, and they can also follow the status of their various synchronizations directly from there. Make sure all your data has been properly synchronized or have a comprehensive status report on what happened so you can keep managing your documentation in the most efficient way possible.
We’ve also introduced the ability to use “tokens" as credentials to set the synchronization instead of using a user ID and password. Depending on your company’s IT policies, that may be a more convenient solution.

Download Index
We introduced a new way to download the index report from the ‘Documents’ area. This way, you can carry on with your work as the spreadsheet is now being generated in the background. Request your index report as usual and find it in your download center when ready to be downloaded (yes, the icon is automatically updated to keep you posted).
