    Sanitizing Documents

     

    When a document is not opening in the online viewer or still shows a processing status for redaction readiness, sanitizing the document will sometimes resolve this. Sanitizing deletes hidden data and metadata.

     

    • To Sanitize a document, please right-click on the document and select Sanitize.
